🐾 Our Photo Policy at Paws Sitting Service 📸

A little behind the scenes for all of our clients!

At Paws Sitting Service, our team is required to take 2–3 quality photos of each pet during every visit. We have also recently implemented taking photos of medications given, packages brought inside, clean litter boxes, locked doors, and other important details whenever appropriate. These photos help document your pet’s care and give you extra peace of mind while you’re away.

Photos tell the story of your pet’s visit. They let you see the fun, the cuddles, the playtime, and all the little moments that show your pet is happy and well cared for. We hope they become a small keepsake that brightens your day, too.

🇺🇸 Our Promise to You

As a veteran-owned company, security and privacy are incredibly important to us.

For your safety, we do not post photos of pets while we are actively caring for them. We also avoid sharing pet names whenever possible and make every effort to ensure collars, tags, addresses, or any other personally identifiable information are not visible in photos.

If we’re caring for a pet on a long-term or recurring basis, you may occasionally see them featured on our social media after careful consideration. Otherwise, we generally wait until after services have been completed before sharing any photos.

📱 A Note About Technology

Our team is trained on how to take great photos, and they are expected to include them with every visit report. Occasionally, poor cell reception can cause issues with Time To Pet, and in rare cases, photos may fail to upload or may disappear from a completed report card. If that ever happens, we sincerely apologize.

While photos are important, your pet’s comfort always comes first. We will never force or stress a nervous, fearful, or sleeping pet just to get the perfect picture. Instead, we’ll capture them naturally in a calm, happy, and safe environment.
