SimQ Development is growing and looking for experienced Construction Superintendents to join our team in several locations across Florida.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily job site operations
* Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules
* Ensure quality control and safety compliance
* Manage inspections and project milestones
* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules
* Knowledge of commercial and/or residential construction practices
* OSHA certification preferred

✅ Improved operational flow across both lanes

As construction wraps up, it’s exciting to see this concept come to life. The canopy adds a striking architectural element while delivering real-world functionality that customers will appreciate every day.
