📅 October at Redeemer 30A — Mark Your Calendar!
Fall is full of opportunities to gather, grow, and connect. Take a moment to look over our October calendar and save the dates — we’d love to see you throughout the month as we pursue Jesus together.
From our youth and prayer nights to our Fall Festival and common table, there’s something for everyone. Let’s lean in, show up, and walk in community this October.
What do you do with Jesus? You cannot stay indifferent. History itself bends around Him -- every sphere of human existence, every calendar year, every culture bears His mark. And yet His greatest claim is not historical influence. It is that He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation, the one in whom the fullness of God was pleased to dwell (Colossians 1:15-20).
This Sunday we were reminded that because Jesus is supreme over creation, over the church, and over every one of us, He is also sufficient -- sufficient to carry you through whatever you are facing right now.
Maturity is not moving beyond Christ. Maturity is going deeper into Him. If you missed this message, come find it and let it stir a greater love for who Jesus is, not just what He has done.

Mission Highlight | Mission Equip
This week, we’re highlighting Mission Equip in Cusco, Peru, one of Redeemer 30A’s ministry partners.
Each week, Mission Equip takes the gospel into mountain communities around Cusco, where more than 120 children gather to hear God’s Word. Their team also serves children in local orphanages and is providing a safe, Christ-centered home for young women aging out of the orphanage system through the House of Grace.
We’re grateful for the ways our Redeemer family has been able to go, give, and pray alongside this ministry.
Please continue praying for the children, the young women of the House of Grace, and the Mission Equip team as they faithfully serve in Peru.

What does spiritual maturity actually look like? In our continued journey through Colossians, we explored Paul's prayer for the church — that they would know God's will, walk in His ways, and rest in what Christ has already accomplished. Paul was not praying for easy outcomes. He was praying for growth, endurance, and a life transformed by the gospel.
Here is the truth that changes everything: God's will is not a secret you have to uncover. He has already revealed it through His Word. He calls us to bear fruit, grow in knowledge, depend on His strength, and live with gratitude — not to earn His favor, but because He has already delivered us, transferred us, redeemed us, and forgiven us (Colossians 1:9-14).
We do not walk in His ways to be set free. We walk in His ways because He has already set us free. That is the gospel. That is what we celebrate every Sunday.

What you trust is revealed when that thing is threatened. Money, reputation, control — these things shake. But the Colossian church had something different: a faith rooted so deeply in Christ that the whole Mediterranean world took notice. That is the power of the gospel.
Pastor David opened our new series in Colossians by showing us two simple but profound truths — the root of the gospel and the fruit it produces. Real faith in Christ, genuine love for one another, and unshakeable hope in heaven cannot be manufactured. They grow from one source alone: the true gospel of Jesus Christ.
The gospel in four words? Jesus took my place. No add-ons, no levels, no Jesus-plus. It is grace alone, faith alone, Christ alone. If you missed this message or want to share it with someone who needs to hear it, come back and join us as we walk through the book of Colossians together.

What if everything in life could be brought into focus by seeing Jesus more clearly? In Colossians, the Apostle Paul lifts our eyes to the greatness of Christ—the One who created all things, holds all things together, and reconciles sinners to God. As we walk through this letter together, we’ll discover that Christ is not only supreme over the universe but sufficient for every circumstance we face. Join us as we learn to live with Christ at the center of everything.
