STUDENT OF THE WEEK: LILY
Lily moved here from New Jersey two and a half years ago and came to 30A Power Yoga with one goal: to feel better, physically and mentally.
She’ll be the first to say she’s not an athlete, but that hasn’t stopped her from showing up, getting stronger, and surprising herself with what she’s capable of. 💪

Lily says 30A Power Yoga has given her a space to grow, feel empowered, and push past limits she didn’t even know she had. And the best part? Finding a community of like-minded people who make showing up that much better. 🤍

Basically… she came for the yoga and stayed for the strength, confidence, and community.

Meet Nancy. 🤍

Since the beginning, Nancy has been an integral part of the 30A Power Yoga community. She brought her own unique style of Hot HIIT Pilates to the beach, and for nearly nine years, she’s been inspiring students and mentoring the next generation of instructors.

For Nancy, it has never been just about the workout.

“It’s about the people, the community, and the connections we build together.”

That mindset is what makes every class feel different. Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or you’ve been coming for years, Nancy is passionate about helping people discover how strong and capable they really are.

“Seeing people leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and happier than when they walked in is why I continue to love what I do.”
