October in Savannah brings crisp air, hauntingly beautiful evenings, and the perfect excuse for an Autumn getaway.
Spaces fill up quickly during our favorite month of the year. Click the link in our bio to book your October stay today!
A Savannah October isn't complete without a night walk through Bonaventure Cemetery, an 18th-century plantation turned Victorian-era cemetery (with 45,000 graves!).
For guests staying with us this season, an after-hours cemetery tour is one of our favorite ways to spend an evening in the city.
Tours run October 2-23. Visit https://shannonscotttours.com/product/bonaventure-cemetery-after-hours for more information.

Savannah comes alive every fall when the world's largest university-run film festival takes over the city. From October 24-31, 2026, the streets fill with filmmakers, storytellers, and cinephiles chasing something extraordinary.
If a stay at Hamilton-Turner Inn is on your list, now is the time to plan. Rooms for the SCAD Savannah Film Festival are booking now.

There is something about waking up to fresh flowers that makes a stay feel like a true occasion. Our seasonal floral arrangements bring an extra layer of romance and beauty to your room.
Floral arrangements are available as part of our Romance Package, Elopement Package, or as an a la carte add-on for any stay.
Seasonal arrangements must be booked at least 5 days in advance to guarantee availability. Call us to start planning your stay: 912-233-1833
The afternoon light finds its way through the windows the same way it always has — slowly, deliberately, as if it knows exactly where it belongs.
This is the hour we love most at Hamilton-Turner Inn. When the day softens and the city quiets, and there is nowhere you need to be but here.
Reserve your stay at hamilton-turnerinn.com or call us at 912-233-1833.
Slow down in elegance.
Located inside the Carriage House, the Julia Scarborough Room is a quiet retreat all on its own — courtyard garden views, intimate atmosphere, and space big enough for an in-room massage for one.
Call or visit us online to inquire about reservations.

Our favorite part of the day happens to be between 5-6PM.
Enjoy a glass of w**e, grab an hors d'oeuvre, and find a comfortable seat during our guest reception.
Wake up to church bells and walk to mass beneath the twin spires of the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist.
This cathedral has been our neighbor on Lafayette Square ever since it was built in 1876. It's one of the first sights that greets our guests when they step outside, and it's free to visit during tour hours.
