Lending a hand to our great friends at Bloomingdale Elementary. Bloomingdale Elementary's End Of Year Carnival (Student Success Carnival) doesn't disappoint! Savannah Inclusion is always honored to work and and give our support to their amazing PTA!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! At least it will be for one very deserving family this holiday season. Thank you to the generosity of the men and women at Southover Yard, as well as the CSX Savannah Inclusion council, for coming through for a wonderful family.

What a great morning for our Inclusion Council! Once again we were able to spend time with our friends at Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia. Words can never express the outstanding job Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia does for our community. CSX Savannah Inclusion is so grateful to be invited to assist Second Harvest and we look forward to returning.

CSX inclusion was humbled to be invited by Bloomingdale Elementary's PTA to take part in their Fall Festival. It was great seeing our old friends at Bloomingdale Elementary and we had a fabulous night. Bloomingdale Elementary puts on the best Fall Festival ever! Hats off to the PTA and volunteers that helped in making their Fall Festival such a success. And a huge shout out to all the vendors, firefighters and officers who participated as well.

Pizza!!...it's what's for lunch 😋

Today the Savannah Inclusion Team made a return visit to one of our favorite places: Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia. Our team helped to supply 5,760 meals that will be delivered across Southeast Georgia. To the staff and Chef of Second Harvest thank you for allowing us into your kitchen and for all the great work you do for our community.
At this time I would like to recognize the hard work and effort by a few very special people that joined our team for today's event. Joining us today was some family members that kept us old folk from slowing down the line. A big "Thank You" goes out to Peter Garcia's daughter, Nate Williams daughter and son and of course, Tasha Redfield's stepson.

Today the Savannah Inclusion Team had the privilege of helping out at Bloomingdale Elementary Spring Carnival. Personally, I have helped with several different carnivals for almost 20yrs, but Bloomingdale, "You all rock!!!"
Well done to the students, teachers and staff. But most importantly, it couldn't have all come together without the PTA. To Bloomingdales PTA, you did such an amazing job. I believe I speak for our Chairman and the rest of our team in saying, you can call on us anytime.

"Out with the old, in with the new!"
I see a lot of future railroaders in this group of students.

CSX Savannah Inclusion was able to spend the day with some very outstanding young students from Pooler Elementary School. We had a very fun and busy morning sharing our time with these young men and women and hope to revisit this school in the near future.

The Savannah Inclusion Council would also like to take this opportunity to introduce our newest permanent member. Tasha is one of Southover Yard finest engineers and will be a great asset to our team.
