We haven’t sold pizza to the public since COVID, when we brought in a double decker pizza oven via a crane and a top story window (but that’s a- whole-nother story!)
It’s time to break the pizza-less streak! Join us Thursday, August 13th for one of our fan favorite family-style dinners featuring gourmet pizza, breads, sides, and desserts from our bakery and culinary teams alongside wine picked and paired by Wine Director, Shawn Crowley.
Wine favorites will be available for sale by the bottle at our exclusive by the bottle prices.

They’re more proof of how dusty the team got while revamping the floors in The Room last week.
You may be surprised to learn 8 years on that we still do much of this work ourselves. But, that’s the true nature of small business.
When you’re a mom and pop company, you dig into numbers; carry culture; find new pathways; and, yes, refinish floors. And none of it is possible without belief - the belief in your journey, the belief of pending success, and (most importantly) the belief of your people.
Finding success as a small, locally owned company requires a team that doesn’t hesitate to say yes when you ask if they’d like to help with the floors. It requires a sparkle in the eye when you say “I have an idea…”. It requires a belief that we are not simply reporting for work, but that we are *showing up*…for our guests, for our community, for each other.
To all of our small business owners out there - you got this. To all of their ride or die staffs - thank you.
