Our ability to transform communities by building relationships and bridging the gap between people and purpose is what makes us unique. We believe in the inherent worth and potential of our community members regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances or educational background. We provide access to career development and academic support services, including accredited training in Green Construction, Weatherization and Healthcare. We educate and empower our youth to recognize their social impact and transformative influence in the mobilization of their community.

Meet Jocelyn! She's a 2025 culinary training program graduate who has secured placement job placement with The Edison Downtown!
In her time with us, Jocelyn earned 3 certifications and completed 700 hours of hands-on training at Hattie's Culinary Lab powered by SEAT through her role as a server for dinner service, private events, and off-site catering.

Some of our best days are when we get to visit a company and experience it firsthand. It was very meaningful to participate in National Grid's annual Career Expo.
Our students were exposed to careers in electric and gasline work, engineering, control center operations and one of our favorites, environmental careers!

The first day of Mental Toughness is the best day of the year! It is a time we get to meet new students, bond as a group, and discover what opportunities await us.
This session is being held for our Albany culinary students at the Blake Annex in preparation for training at Hattie's Culinary Lab.
We were thrilled to participate, for our second year, in the Regional Food Bank’s ( Regional Food Bank ) Chefs Event. This year’s theme was The Big Apple.
Our Hattie’s Culinary Lab culinary students prepared arancini bites from scratch served with our house-made vodka sauce garnished with parmesan cheese and parsley.
We had a blast! Thank you to the Regional Food Bank for the impact you are making in countless lives and for the vital service you provide.
