Harding Place

Ground breaking day for the Terrace building at Harding Place finally arrived! Today represents many years of dreaming and planning about serving more Seniors in the Searcy community and beyond. Much prayer made this dream a reality. Thank you to everyone for the prayers, love, support and encouragement along the way.
Special thanks to Scott, Tim & Craig at DesignShop, the Harding University and Harding Place Board members, President Mike Williams, Dr David Burks, Danny and HU Physical Resources, Paul Maynard, Phil Thompson, Hart Construction, Searcy Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Mat Faulkner, HU AV specialists and Heather Kemper’s Event Team for making this project and celebration possible.
We are feeling very blessed…….

Harding Place Bean Bag Baseball Residents vs Staff today. Always such a fun time with lots of laughter, competition and high fives!
We are ready to take on the Harding Bison Baseball team! Let’s go!!!

Wow! These ladies walked into Harding Place and brought at least 20 beautiful walker bags. They made them in their first hands-on OT class at Harding U. How thoughtful and precious that they thought of making the lives of our walker-using Residents better. We love their servant hearts! They are going to be great OTs!!!

We had a fantastic evening at the Searcy Summer Dinner Theater watching Peter Pan Goes Wrong, a laugh-out-loud comedy packed with unexpected mishaps and hilarious surprises! From a delicious dinner to an outstanding performance, the night was filled with smiles and laughter! Thank you to the cast and crew for a magical evening!
