Interior elements for our upcoming Phinney Ridge townhouses—polished nickel hardware, decorative molding, colored kitchen cabinets, and, of course, a clawfoot bathtub.

Windsor Homes’ newest project, The Swan, is located in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood. Our goal was to create a contemporary home that still feels rooted in its surroundings. The arched entryway and brick detailing reference the neighborhood’s traditional brick Tudor homes, while the expansive windows and crisp white exterior draw inspiration from Hugh Newell Jacobsen’s Dream House. The result (we hope) is a modern design that integrates seamlessly into its context—distinctive yet respectful of place.
