Nothing is off the table when it comes to cutting weight - anything we can do to help our teammate stay in the sauna with the sweatsuit for an extra 2 minutes 😂🥲

This time, we had to use the powerful words from Bruce Lee himself to get this done. Congrats to Kevin for getting the W last week.

dropping wisdom this morning 🚨🚨

Muay Thai isn’t just about punching and kicking, it’s also about how you carry yourself inside the ring. We are very grateful to have Seth being our guest instructor for the week. Current members, make sure to take full advantage of him being here with us. DM to book a private with him while he’s still here.

We're hosting Seth Grande as a guest instructor next week.

Seth trained and fought out of HongThong Muay Thai in Chiang Mai, Thailand — a gym founded by twin Muay Thai champions Hongthongnoi and Hongthonglek. He spent years living and competing in Thailand on the Thai Fight and Super Champ circuits, and is one of a small number of American fighters to have faced Saenchai in competition — twice.

He'll be teaching classes on April 11, 14, and 15. Come in and take advantage of having him on the mats.
