This custom 3-story home has a long list of unique features, including an ADU, elevator access to all floors, a dedicated prayer room, separate prep kitchen, a large open-to-below living room with a tall fireplace, a glass-walled office, and much more.

This has been a complex project from the start, with wetlands at the rear of the parcel and several other site-specific factors to work through.

Services provided by our team: site visit, site planning and civil design, geotechnical site work and reports, architectural plan set, structural engineering, and now permit preparation and processing.

🔥 What an amazing opportunity we have had to work on a very unique project. This is a Mikveh in Seattle (SDCI). Our first time designing one. Very cool to have been a part of this, and to have learned a lot about a community we work with so much. Thank you for the opportunity!

Provide by our team for this project: Site visit, site plans and civil plans, architectural plans, structural engineering and calcs for the structure and for interior water tanks and pools, geotech reports and infiltration tests, permit prep and processing up to issuance yesterday. A great project, and thank you to the Rabbi for trusting in our team to get it done.

First permit issued in August, we had another 9 issued in July. 🔥 😎 💪

😎 💪 A couple of our Oregon projects in process and in the design phase. In Portland we have an Adu and Dadu combo attaching to the existing detached garage. This is a pretty custom layout due to site constraints and the second story addition on the garage, but we are very happy with how it is coming along. Out in Beaverton we have a small Adu attached to the home. Great investment for this homeowner and a second line of income. Great projects, with great clients as always.

We really enjoy designing nice larger shops, especially when they are lofted, or have adu combos etc. We do a ton of these. 😎 🔥 We had 11 permits issued in June. Here is a few snapshots of some of the approved projects and some of our current new construction projects.

Approved projects included a basement conversion in Burien, home addition in Tacoma, Adu in Tacoma, Remodel in Shoreline, Remodel in Mercer Island, a new Sunroom in Mukilteo, and several other small additions, covered patios, remodels and decks.

Our team provided all plans and documents on these projects that were needed: Site visit, as built plans, proposed Architectural plans, structural engineering and calculations, Geotech testing and reports, Civil engineering and drainage reports, etc. We have a string team!!
