I love going back to visit projects once they are lived in. Not only do I get to see how well the work holds up, but love seeing the clients insert their personalities into the space once the project is completed.

This kitchen turned out absolutely stunning and I could not be more pleased 🥰

What better way to celebrate my 45th birthday than by marking SEVEN YEARS of Brave Element 🎂

Naturally I started my business on my birthday so that I can have yet another excuse to talk about myself on my day 💅🏼

In all seriousness though, I can’t believe it’s been 7 years already… when I started this thing, I thought I might do 1 or 2 small jobs per month, but it QUICKLY evolved into something much bigger… From Seattle to Portland, Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles, Oakland and San Diego, y’all have graciously invited me into your homes to make your kitchens, closets, bookcases, laundry rooms, mudrooms and I’m proud to say that in that process, many of you have also become my friends.

I am filled with so much gratitude for the fact that I have been lucky enough to make a living by doing this thing that I love so much…

Thank you to everyone who has hired me, bought me coffee, fed me, shared my work with your friends, worn my t-shirts, given me advice or supported me in any way. I am truly blessed to be here 🙏🏻
