We recently sat down with Vince Vu, founder of Anh Ơi Bake Shop, a Seattle Restored pop-up bringing Vietnamese-American bakes and a collaborative vision to Seattle’s Japantown.

Rooted in the belief that food can carry memory, identity, and community, Anh Ơi serves humble, classic flavors inspired by Vince’s childhood while creating a platform for local Asian-American bakers, artists, and makers to share their craft.

More than a bakery, Anh Ơi is building a space where every product has a real person and story behind it, inviting visitors to connect through food, memory, and culture.

⭐ Rapozza, a children’s clothing and lifestyle brand celebrating imagination, creativity, and the magic of childhood, has arrived at Pacific Place through Seattle Restored!

Founded by a family-led team with roots in both the PNW and Peru, Rapozza creates small-batch apparel and products crafted from premium natural fibers, including organic Pima cotton. Their work also extends into illustration, educational experiences, and community-centered creative projects for children.
