This October marks 18 years of For Every Orphan standing in the gap for children and families at risk of separation as well as supporting foster and adoptive families. 🧡 It took root with Micala Siler's love for the Lord and vulnerable kids. She lived by three words: pray, act, and inspire. ✨

For eleven years, home was an institution for Anaya. Today, it's a family. Anaya spent most of her childhood in a Children's Home in India, waiting for someone to choose her. This spring, because of donors like you, she moved in with her new foster family — the Deshmukhs — and finally has what every child deserves: people who show up for her, every single day.

🇷🇴 Fostering and adopting is one of the most beautiful callings a family can answer — but one that requires resources. This summer, our partners in Romania were able to host two ReFresh family camps — giving foster and adoptive families a place to worship, rest, and learn. Dozens of families came through camp this summer alone, and over 40 volunteers were trained in trauma-informed care to support them.
