Sometimes, the opportunity presents itself to help friends make their dream of owning beachfront property come true. I feel so fortunate to have been part of that journey!

Kyle and Kendall are dear friends, and I’ve been fortunate to play a small role in some of their biggest milestones. I was honored to stand beside them at their wedding last summer and equally honored to help them find a home this spring. I’d also be lying if I said I wasn’t quietly (okay, I don’t do a lot quietly) manifesting a move a little closer to me.
The stars aligned perfectly. From the moment they walked into this North Capitol Hill home, they knew. I could see it immediately as both of their eyes lit up with excitement.
Watching the first chapters of their love story unfold has been such a joy, and I can’t wait to see what comes next as they begin this new chapter together in their new home.

Thrilled for these buyers! Matt and Matt were referred to me by some previous clients. Friday I closed on a cabin in Ronald, WA. There is definitely work to be done but excited to have an escape from the city and look forward to sharing progress with everyone online.

Kyle came to me over a year ago (maybe two) and mentioned that they hoped to explore purchasing in Seattle in the future. The future is now! Kyle and Joe had a list of musts and likes which allowed us to hone in on their search from the start. This new construction townhome wasn’t even listed yet but once I saw the layout I knew it was going to be the one for them!
