Introducing the F.L.O.W.E.R.S. Coffee from BLIND TIGER COFFEE™️! This Colombian, Pink Bourbon coffee was double fermented by Nestor Lasso and his family in Pitalito and boasts flavor notes of Fruit Loops, citron, and key lime. As a bonus: the bag is gorgeous and will look great on your shelves - it sure looks good on ours! We hope you enjoy this coffee roasted by our good friends.

Our latest SOE is a lychee co-ferment from Jairo Arcila’s farm in Colombia, roasted by Hydrangea Coffee Roasters. Flavor notes include lychee, Sakura, and white chocolate. With milk it’s giving berries and cream without a drop of sweetener in sight. The aromatics are also dreamy! Delicious on ice, as a cortado, or even a 16 oz iced oat latte. Cheers!

Avocado toast, Curried sweet potato and tofu toast, Brothy beans, and a soft egg? That’s a good order! Sometimes our equipment breaks mid-task. When that happens we try our best to stay calm, locate the issue, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Here we see that the sheer plate inside our EK grinder has broken mid-grind. The sheer plate is a fail safe that’ll cause the grinder to stop working if something is wrong so the motor doesn’t burn out. Big thanks to our pals at Herkimer Coffee for sharing a spare sheer plate when we couldn’t find one elsewhere in town and for helping us procure another grinder while we deep dive on repairs!
