This page has gotten busier lately — boats, storms, all the stuff that makes Beach Drive interesting — and with that comes more opinions in the comments, which I love. But I've noticed some name-calling creeping in ("Karen," "whiner," etc.), and that's not the vibe here.

So here's a simple ask: disagree with the issue, not the person. Comments that go after a fellow neighbor instead of the topic may get hidden or removed. Everything else — including plenty of healthy debate — is welcome.
