Join us Thursday, Aug. 3rd, for an early screening of Stanley Nelson's () newest documentary "Sound Of The Police".

This movie examines the fraught relationship between African Americans and the police from slavery to the present. The film traces the long and complex racial history in the U.S. that set the path for policing in communities of color and fuels ongoing conflicts and calls for reform.

After the movie, we'll have a panel discussion led by community organizations that are focused on restorative justice in Washington state.

This event is free. Food and drinks will be provided!
