Shake it off!

I was not expecting this barred owl bonanza that unfolded in front of me!
When I began my evening walk in the park I expected to see some small birds, flowers and hopefully a woodpecker. Not long after I started, I heard a faint, almost crying, squeaking sound and thought what is that? I turned around and swoosh! I saw something large fly through the forest and knew immediately it was an owl so I backtracked to a spot where I figured I could get a view and while doing that, I realized the sound I was hearing was a begging juvenile barred owl in a tree next to me, staring down at me with curiosity in its big, beautiful eyes!
The more I looked around, the more owls I noticed. Then, all of the sudden one landed on the ground right next to me with dinner in its mouth and shortly after that, another one lands next it in hopes of a table for two:)
