Live at the Leif = LIVE MUSIC + DANCING!

Join NW Dance this Saturday, September 19, for The Seattle Houserockers — bringing a great night of live, danceable music to the Leif!

And before the band takes the stage, Michelle Badion tackles something especially fun: Three-Quarter Blues: Blending the Blues and Waltz in the Same Song

Michelle will demystify that 3/4 rhythm and show you how Blues and Waltz can come together on the dance floor.

* Lesson at 7 PM
* Dance 8–11 PM
* Leif Erikson Hall, Ballard
* $25

Come for the lesson. Stay for the Houserockers. Dance the night away.

🎬 Lights, Camera…. Dancing!

Registration for Seabeck Dance Camp 2026 opens soon, and we’re getting VERY excited about what’s in store with such teaching talents as

• Jodi & Taylor
• Dean & Janice

• Peter & Ariel
• Sean & Erika

And a Royal’s buffet of dance styles:

Nightclub Two-Step • Blues • Balboa • West Coast Swing • East Coast Swing • Foxtrot • Waltz • Traveling Nightclub • Pivots • Rhumba • Cha Cha • Salsa • Merengue • Zydeco • Line Dancing and more!

PLUS two amazing bands! We’re keeping those under wraps just a little longer. Big reveal coming soon...

And speaking of things we haven’t revealed yet...
You may have noticed a few images popping up in our Seabeck posts. Think they might be a clue? Any guesses about this year’s Seabeck theme?

And one little bit of homework while you’re waiting: If you plan to share a room at Seabeck, get your roommate lined up BEFORE registration opens. It’ll make the new registration process much easier.December 3–6, 2026
