Mio coffee Organic-sustenible-shade grown-Direct trade beans. Mio coffee it’s an idea conceived many years ago when for the first time I moved to Seattle.
The coffee passion was already in my blood from when I lived in south Italy, but here in Seattle thanks to my family and their imports exports Italian coffee business I got encouraged to realize my dream. Thanks to the coffee expertise cultivated in Italy and participating to different coffee academy I learned about differ blends. Here in Seattle I realized my own products, medium and light roast with a strong and intense flavor, Talking with customers and friends I decided to follow the road of the Organic and natural product. After researching for a wile I was able to find a micro roster with my same passion for coffee, Finding a SUSTAINABLE, SHADE-GROWN, DIRECT TRADE and organic beans. Grazie. Fabio Garofalo
