I genuinely can't count the number of times I've been explaining an idea to Julia Giordano that feels completely scattered in my own head. I'm talking in circles, jumping from one thought to another, and wondering if any of it makes sense.

She'll smile, nod, and say, "I totally get what you're saying."

And then she'll take those scattered thoughts, organize them, build on them, add her own creative perspective, and bring the idea to life in a way that's so much better than I could have imagined.

Today, we're celebrating Julia's third workiversary as Hummingbird Marketing Services' Marketing Manager, Content & Social Media. 💜

For the past three years, Julia has helped our clients and our team find clarity. Whether she's writing website content, managing social media, or developing content strategies, she has an incredible ability to understand what people are trying to say, even when they aren't quite sure how to say it themselves.

She also has a knack for asking the one question no one else thinks to ask — the one that changes the entire conversation.

Over the past year, Julia has helped transform the way we approach social media, shifting our focus from simply posting more to posting with purpose. Her curiosity, creativity, and passion for learning have made our work stronger, our strategies smarter, and our results better.

Beyond her incredible talent, Julia is thoughtful, empathetic, funny, warm, loyal, and a truly gifted writer. She dreams of writing a novel someday, and I'll happily be first in line for a signed copy.

She's also my longest-tenured employee, which somehow feels impossible because it also feels like she's always been here. I truly can't imagine The Charm without her.

Three years ago, Hummingbird gained an exceptional writer. What I didn't realize was that we were also gaining someone who would help shape the way we think, communicate, collaborate, and tell stories.
