Portrait time! Maisy and Phoenix came over for a visit. We had a blast - happy travels, you two!

Everything changes. In August, Seattle temps range from 70 to 88 F. Our small backyard becomes my temporary, secret studio. Here, I can create new pieces for Wonderland; even refreshing some older ones. With peppy music playlists and vocal encouragement from little ailing Jimmy, I pause to embrace how this time and place has become my very favorite. Cherishing every hour here. ☺️

This has been one of the best outdoor art-making summers, in spite of the smoke from the forest fires. Monika is keeping Wonderland humming along and ever-changing.
