A fresh start doesn't always require starting over! ✨ Our Madison Park Kitchen Refresh is proof that strategic updates can make a bigger impact than a full gut remodel.

For this project, we repaired and professionally painted all cabinetry throughout the kitchen, pantry, and mudroom to create a bright, cohesive flow. Then, we finished it off with stunning natural stone-look quartz countertops and a new backsplash.

The result? A modern, family-ready kitchen that feels completely transformed without the stress (or price tag) of a complete remodel!

We've got so many exciting projects in the works to share with you! Meet the Ballard lower level remodel! 🛠️ This young family wanted to make better use of their existing space, so we replaced an unused kitchenette with a flexible wet bar setup with only the chicest details: an antique mirrored glass tile bottle niche with brass rails, a glass rinser at the sink, a beverage cooler, and a microwave.

The compact guest room features a built-in bench, storage, and hanging rail. All cabinets are crafted by Bellmont Cabinet Co. with a Stratus Surfaces quartz Regal Soapstone bar countertop in a matte finish.

To enhance the family room, we installed a recessed curtain track for floor-to-ceiling curtains. We even preserved the exposed copper pipes by masking them off during ceiling painting, maintaining the unique industrial charm. Stay tuned for the reveal of this project!

We were proud to participate in Rampathon again this year! 🧡 Through Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, our team volunteered to build free wheelchair access ramps for neighbors across the Seattle area, helping people with disabilities and limited mobility move safely and independently in and out of their homes!

Meet Zach Harvey, our talented Procurement Manager! 👨‍💻 With a duel degree in Construction Management and Architecture Design from the University of Washington, Zach started as an intern at CRD and has grown into a key player on our team.

Zach's love for building began early, inspired by his father, a contractor. His advice for homeowners? Dive into the design and building process to truly appreciate the outcome.

Take a peek behind the scenes of our Tangle Town Whole House Remodel! 🏚️➡️🏠 This 1906 home faced a catastrophic flood when a water heater burst, leaving it gutted. With the original footprint in place to avoid city setbacks, we strategically added square footage to the east and north.

With 45+ years of experience, we're experts in tackling old house problems. Each project is unique and we approach it with the care it deserves! For this project, we faced challenges like hand-digging the crawl space and rebuilding parts of the stone rubble foundation.

We also replaced a rotting window and uncovered a mix of siding materials with more rot needing attention. After resolving these issues, we upgraded the siding and installed a custom Marvin picture window, ensuring everything was restored with care and precision!

Our clients, living full-time in Portugal, experienced the entire design process virtually—a first for us! Stay tuned to see this project in our portfolio.
