Last year, Mother Nature canceled our Floating Homes Association Dock Rock concert with a FREAK storm. Remember? The horror! Well... we're getting back on that horse! Friday, JULY 17th to be specific, This year our pals at Paddle Rave are putting on the show from our beautiful floating home (thank you Melanie) near Terry Pettus Park. It's an incredible multigenre set featuring local Seattle artists. IT’S GONNA BE SWEET.

Boats are certainly allowed, but please stay back - clear from the paddlers. For SUPs, please launch from a spot like Lynn Street park because Terry Pettus park is closed.

Come enjoy a great evening on the water with live music and friends. And no storms, please. More info here: https://posh.vip/e/dock-rock-july-17th

The building permit for Terry Pettus Park is complete!

The project is now moving into City contracting review, followed by advertisement and bidding. It looks like we may finally see real progress on park improvements this year.

After years of persistence and advocacy, things are finally moving forward. WOOT! - Stafford
