The Ooink team grew up eating noodles & soup… every bowl bringing comfort, memories, & nourishment. We want to share those same feelings with the Capitol Hill community, & become a part of this wonderful neighborhood. Our bowls of ramen not only go hand & hand

Two incredible days last week surrounded by people who share the same love for all things hot and spicy
The WA State Hot Sauce Festival wasn't just about bringing Ooink to more people — it was a chance to learn from fellow makers, discover new ideas, and connect with an amazing community of hot sauce enthusiasts.
For us, it was an unforgettable weekend. We sold 200+ bottles of our signature chili oil (the star of our booth 🔥), had countless conversations about our products, and met so many wonderful people who stopped by to taste, chat, and support our small business.
A huge thank you to everyone who visited our booth, took a bottle home, or simply stopped to say hello. Your support means the world to us.
And this won't be the last one — we'll be at more chili oil festivals in the future, so stay tuned 👀
