A very fine service indeed, with guest speaker Rev. Michael Brooks. Just like with buildings, the taller you get, the better your foundation needs to be. And As Rev. Michael says, people don't generally SEE a really good footer. Nobody goes around saying "wow, what a great looking footer on that structure". What makes us strong is often not what is easiest to see from the outside.

On World Day of Prayer, I open my heart to love.

Today I center myself in a simple and powerful truth: I am one with God, with every person, and with all that is.

Holding this truth in prayer, I look beyond whatever pulls me toward separation, division, or indifference. I open my heart and mind to divine love. My emotions are lifted. My thinking becomes clear and wise. My soul soars as I carry this sacred intention into every encounter.

My love serves a holy purpose: to heal what is wounded, to bless what is overlooked, and to bring heaven to earth through kindness, respect, and understanding. I join with others in holding a shared vision of unity and compassion. Together, we honor the Divine in one another and the sacred Presence that connects us.
