Step in shopping on our page

3. Remember the code of products or name of products which you want.
4. Email us what products you are interested in, your name, your email, and disscuss with us what your favour method of payment, and shipping price.
5. If you agree with the payment method, we will send you an email to confirm your order
6. Reply our confirm email with your shipping information: Your name, Your address, your phone
6. After the process of pending money is finished, we will send you an email to let you know that your order were sent with a tracking number.
7. In case if we are not receive your money, we will send you another email to cancel your order. Here is an example of step number 4 when you send email to us:

SERVICE
All orders are shipped by USPS service within USA. All packages come with online TRACKING NUMBER, or SIGNATURE CONFIRM if value of the order is higher than $100. For international customers, we will use DHL, FedEx, USP, or USPS which depends on your order, country, and your choice! It also your choice to have tracking number on your package, but it will cost you more than $19 for international tracking number. We do not take responsibility for lost package of international shipping. However, we will provide you a copy of shipping bill and form which we fill when ship your order at USPS. WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME BEFORE SHIPPED? WEEKDAYS orders are shipped on the NEXT DAY. Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped on MONDAY. USPS is closed on SUNDAY. Note: If you choosing Amazon payment method please follow amazon store front guide. Amazon might take a day or two to process your payment and before confirm us. Once Amazon notifies us, we will start to process and ship your order. Hence it might take a day or two from the date you order before we start the shipping. (WITHIN 1-2 DAYS)

SHIPPING SERVICES
1. STANDARD: Expect delivery within 3 - 5 days from the day that you receive shipping confirmation. Occasionally, USPS is late with their delivery and can take up to 7 days.
2. SECOND DAY: Expect delivery within 2 days from the day that you recieve shipping confirmation. Occasionally, USPS is late with their delivery and can take up to 3 days.

1. Standard shipping fee: $5_ first item + $1/next item
2. Second day shipping fee: $8_ first item + $2/next item
3. One day shipping fee : $24_first item + $4/next item (price may change depend on weight and destination, we will adjust the price to get the cheapest for our customers)
Because wigs are bigger item so the shipping fee is higher than other items. We will calculate for you when you place order with us. NOTE: when you choose to pay through AMAZON, you agree to follow amazon's rules and shipping price of products on our amazon storefront. If you pay through amazon the fee will higher than pay directly to us due to amazon fee nad service. PAY BY OTHER METHOD
We only accept NEW and UNOPENED ITEMS sold and fulfilled by FATTYCAT within 15 days of delivery for a PARTIAL REFUND which excludes shipping fee. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll pay for return shipping costs IF the return reason is a result of our error. Please CONTACT US by email, we will guide you through the return process and provide return mailing address. NOTE: Wig and Jewelry items are not refundable. We clearly indicate the rule on the product detail page that we don’t accept return for these items. We don’t accept refund for old, opened items or new unopened items that were NOT purchased from FATTYCAT. REMEMBER: The return will go back to your original payment. If you pay by amazon, amazon will do the return for you not us. If you pay by other method, we will guide you through process of return.
