Paragon Seattle

Elevated cocktail program & vibey live music! Paragon opened in 1995 to an overwhelming response. Our Seattle location is the last of three that is still standing after 24 years of operating experience. After the change of ownership in early 2019 our renovation focused on updating outdated equipment and systems while maintaining Paragon’s original character and tidying up the space. Our major goal was paying homage to the gorgeous 1929 Queen Anne building and preserving an institution that’s been on top of the hill for the past two and a half decades. Our vibe is updated but classic inspiring a feeling of nostalgia for the dimly lit, smoky bars of days gone by. Don’t worry, we still provide all of the creature comforts and elevated hospitality standards of modern day with menu that celebrates all the bounty of the Pacific Northwest land and sea!
