From sea to summit, experience Alaska from two extraordinary perspectives. In summer 2027, journey through the glacier-carved fjords of Southeast Alaska aboard Hanse Explorer, exploring remote coastlines in search of breaching humpback whales, brown bears, soaring eagles and hidden anchorages accessible only by expedition yacht.

Why Antarctica? Because there is nowhere else like it. The coldest, driest and most remote continent on Earth is a place where ice stretches beyond the horizon, mountains rise directly from the sea and wildlife still gathers in extraordinary numbers.

But Antarctica’s appeal goes beyond what you see. It is the silence of a glacier-filled bay, the scale of an iceberg towering above the water, thousands of penguins gathered along a distant shoreline or a whale surfacing nearby. For generations, Antarctica has drawn explorers, scientists and adventurers to the end of the Earth. Today, it remains one of the few places capable of making even the most experienced travelers feel as though they are seeing our planet for the first time.

There is more than one way to reach Antarctica. EYOS pioneered fly in, fly out private aviation for Antarctic yacht expeditions, allowing guests to bypass the Drake Passage and join their yacht directly in Antarctica. Instead of spending days at sea reaching the continent, arrive by air and begin exploring almost immediately.

For those looking to venture even farther, private aviation opens access deep into the Antarctic interior. Fly to the South Pole, visit an Emperor Penguin colony, take to the air around Vinson Massif and explore a landscape of ice caves, glaciers and seemingly endless white wilderness.

In August, EYOS ventured into the remote wilderness of East Greenland aboard Aqua Lares, navigating the immense waterways of Scoresby Sund, the largest fjord system in the world.

The expedition was in search of a phenomenon even rarer than Greenland’s glacial ice and Arctic wildlife. From within the path of totality, guests watched as a total solar eclipse passed over Greenland, plunging the fjords and ice into an extraordinary, fleeting twilight.

Some of Antarctica’s most memorable moments begin with stepping into a Zodiac.
