We serve pan-Caribbean inspired drinks and food with our kitchen open until midnight every day. We make delicious rum-forward craft drinks with freshly squeezed juices, balanced house syrups, and top-quality ingredients. Our drinks are flavorful, focused and "not too sweet!"
Our kitchen is open until midnight every day and our food menu is designed to showcase pan-Caribbean island flavors. Come try some freshly baked empanadas! Not in the mood for a cocktail? Get to know the Caribbean islands through their vast array of rum! Rum is the world's most varied spirit, with flavors from Abuelo to Zacapa. Let us help you pick out a rum or a flight from our collection of over 700 sugar cane spirits to suit your particular tastes. Ask for a Rum Map and tour the Caribbean through 60 rums of your choosing. Complete our map and you're a member of our Rum Society! You will receive your very own Rumba DTO coin, your name on our wall, and bragging rights for life. At Rumba, we are proud to serve beachy drinks & dishes that practically drip Vitamin D. 🌴 Check out these Rumba menu must haves if you’re leaning classic. Try our Jim’s Jerk Chicken🔥 Smoky, tender, and served with callaloo and rice & peas. Paired with our Rivers Rum, it’s the kind of plate that makes Restaurant Week at Rumba an essential stop this week.
Our Papaya salad as a starter creates a refreshing balance with mint, coriander, jicama, cucumber, cabbage, cashews, cilantro-vinaigrette, and is a great vegan option!

Today’s the day! Seattle Cocktail Week is officially here. We’re kicking things off at Rumba with a limited-time menu running now through April 26!
Featured cocktails include the Antigua Notturno, rich and citrusy with Zacapa, cherry demerara, and soda.
The Fuzzy Buzzy is bright and playful with peach, orange, and spice.
The Que Mara is bold and layered with cachaça, cherry liqueur, and pineapple ginger.

After four great years at Rumba, we’re sadly saying goodbye and a big thank you to our amazing bar manger Taylor. From creating delicious cocktails to sharing her deep knowledge of rum, she’s left a real mark on the bar and the team. This past year as Bar Manager, she’s been an incredible mentor and leader, helping everyone around her grow.
She’s left a huge mark on, not only Rumba, but everyone who has had the pleasure of working with her. We’re really grateful for everything she’s contributed over the years and we’re excited to see what’s next for her.
Her last bar shift is Saturday so come say goodbye and show her some love!
