We just wrapped up three dormitory units at UW Tacoma, and the project came together ahead of schedule.

Our crew removed the old carpet and sheet vinyl, completed the necessary floor prep, installed new carpet tile, added black rubber wall base, and finished the kitchen areas with LVP.

How to Tell What Kind of Subfloor You’re Working With

Sometimes the way an old floor was installed tells you what is underneath it.
