Your local guide to Celtic Music in and around the Greater Seattle Area
A place for everyone and anyone who is interested in knowing about live celtic music in the Seattle and greater Seattle area.
A little Tacoma trouble for your timeline…
The Fun Police may not fit neatly into the traditional Irish-music box—but, to be fair, we’ve never fit neatly into any box. We’re more of a world-folk-punk, genre-confused musical incident with strong Celtic tendencies and an entire Irish set hiding in the cupboard for St. Patrick’s Day.
This song has been finding quite a few ears lately, so I figured I’d sneak it into Seattle Celtic Music and see what you all think.
Give it a listen—and if anyone can figure out exactly what genre we are, please let us know. We gave up years ago. ☘️🎶
