One of our favorite things about summer? The slower pace of the market gives us a little more room to be people - to spend time with family, chase hobbies, take a trip, get outside, & lean into whatever fills our cups.

& yes, we’re still out here listing, negotiating, closing, & taking care of our clients. 🏠 But we also believe there’s value in making space for the lives we’re working so hard to build!

Because at SCOUT, we’re not just Realtors. We’re golfers, travelers, parents, DJs, dog people, adventurers, friends, & a whole lot more! 🙂‍↕️

We bring our brokers, friends, family, clients, dogs, & all together for a weekend at beautiful Elk Camp in Mineral, Washington.

We’re grateful for the people who make SCOUT what it is & for traditions like this that give us a chance to slow down, get outside, & enjoy each other 🌲

Great agents never stop learning 💡

At SCOUT, we believe continuing education should be valuable & convenient. That’s why our Designated Broker hosts the Pocket Hours Podcast, giving brokers the opportunity to earn Washington real estate clock hours while they’re on the go.

We also host multiple clock hour classes throughout the year, making it easy for our agents to stay educated, meet their license renewal requirements, & keep sharpening their skills.

Because when our brokers are supported, our clients benefit too. 🤍

The best seat in Seattle this weekend? On the boat 🚤🙂‍↕️

We spent the day on Lake Washington soaking up one of Seattle’s best summer traditions (the Blue Angels!) & couldn’t be more grateful to our owner / designated broker, Jen, for bringing the team together out on her boat! 🌊

One of the things that makes SCOUT special is the people. We work hard, support each other, & genuinely enjoy spending time together outside of real estate, too. Days like this are a good reminder that company culture is about more than just what happens in the office!
