We have been sourcing pieces for our Pearl project in Portland, Oregon, where we’re drawing inspiration from the art deco essence of the building.
The building features an intense black architectural window system , that references the Maison de Verre language of bold industrial forms within a city landscape.
The high contrast palette is intended to be a backdrop to the clients extensive, colorful art collection.
Shown here is one of our favorite GESSI faucets and intriguing Calico Wallpaper we’ve been exploring for the space.
P.S. See our stories for some inspiring images of Maison de Verre!

Happy Labor Day Weekend! / September 4th?!! Very confusing. We’re in shock around here.
‘Tis the season of back to school, and back to football... 🏈
Here’s a fun detail from our Oregon project - NFL player Brandin Cooks’s family home. While he’s gearing up for a season with the Buffalo Bills, we’re reminiscing about this art moment. 💭🖼️

Gasp! We’re in love.
We spotted Emmanuelle Simon’s Raku-Yaki Cabinet at STUDIOTWENTYSEVEN in New York. Each ceramic tile is made using the ancient Japanese technique of Raku, creating delicate cracks and patterns that make every piece completely unique. We love how it feels refined, handmade, and a little bit magical.
