McConnell Group

A full week of movement across the Greater Seattle market 💥

Two new listings hit the market, ten homes are officially under contract and three more made it to the closing table. Different neighborhoods, different price points and plenty happening across the McConnell Group ✨

Proud of the work happening behind every one of these milestones and even more excited for the clients making their next move!

Thinking about buying or selling? Send us a message. We’d love to help you figure out what comes next 📲

More inventory is creating more opportunity across the Seattle-area market this Fall 🍂

Buyers are seeing more options in both Seattle and the Eastside, which can mean more time to compare homes, explore different neighborhoods and find the right fit. For sellers, thoughtful pricing, strong presentation and strategic marketing continue to make all the difference 📈

Mortgage rates remain elevated, but real estate decisions are rarely about one number alone. The right opportunity depends on your goals, your timeline and the specific market you are navigating ✨

Whether you are thinking about buying, selling or simply curious about what is happening in your neighborhood, our team is here to help you make sense of the market and move forward with confidence!
