🧀 Happy National Cheese Lovers Day! 🐶

Cheese isn’t just a favorite snack for humans—it can also be a high-value training treat for dogs! Because it’s extra smelly and tasty, cheese is often used by trainers to help dogs stay focused, motivated, and excited to learn.

✔️ Great for recall training
✔️ Helpful for nervous or distracted dogs
✔️ Easy to portion into tiny rewards

As with all treats, moderation matters. We recommend using small amounts and sticking to plain cheeses with no added spices or flavorings.

Not sure what’s dog-safe—or want training treats with that same cheese-level motivation? Our team at Health Mutt is always happy to help you choose the best option for your pup.

🧀 Are you team cheese? Drop a 🐶 in the comments!
