A small look at a much larger HOA fencing project we recently completed for a condo community in Kirkland. 🏡

Our team replaced a large portion of the community’s perimeter fencing, along with privacy panels between individual units to give residents a little more separation and privacy.

We know it can be a big undertaking for an HOA to move forward with a project like this. There are budgets, homeowners, scheduling, access, and plenty of details to coordinate. We’re happy to help make that process easier and work alongside HOA boards and property managers to get these larger maintenance projects across the finish line.

This yard included a large custom double wood swing gate — perfect for keeping the yard secure while still having plenty of access when it’s time to pull in a boat, RV, trailer, or other vehicle.

This cedar fence combines a solid 6’ vertical privacy fence with 2’ of horizontal lattice, custom built piece by piece for the property. We also incorporated a matching gate and pressure-treated retaining wall timbers along the bottom for a clean, finished look.
