🧘‍♀️🌿 **International Yoga Day Celebration by Sewa Seattle Chapter** 🌿🧘‍♂️

On June 21, 2026, the Sewa International Seattle Chapter celebrated **International Yoga Day** as part of its Father's Day community event, bringing together families, volunteers, and LEAD students for a day focused on wellness, mindfulness, and healthy living.

Following a scenic 4-mile hike to Rattlesnake Ledge, participants gathered for a rejuvenating yoga session led by **Yoga Professional Shruti Desai**, who guided attendees through various yoga practices promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and inner balance.

The session highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life as a means of improving health, reducing stress, and fostering overall wellness. Participants of all ages enthusiastically joined the practice and experienced the benefits of mindful movement and relaxation.

The International Yoga Day celebration reflected Sewa's commitment to holistic well-being and community engagement while encouraging healthy lifestyle choices for individuals and families.

A heartfelt thank you to **Shruti Desai ji** for leading the inspiring yoga session and to all the participants who joined in celebrating the spirit of International Yoga Day.
