West Valley School District Spokane pulled up a 100-year-old gym floor at West Valley City School and found a century's worth of pencils underneath. 🏀✏️

That floor has been there since roughly 1925. This fall, students come back to a new one, plus safer parking and pick-up at Orchard Center Elementary, upgrades at Centennial Middle School, and a new lot at City School; five projects, all finished before the first bell.

The 2024 capital projects levy provided funding for these projects and more. Congrats to our friends at West Valley School District. Here's to a great school year! 🍎
