Pilgrim Coffeehouse

fall-ing in love with this pumpkin latte art 🍁🎃🤎

Every 2nd thursday of the month is game night at the cafe. A great place to meet new people and make friends. Come join us for our next one on 10/8 (this thursday) and meet your community. ❤️☕️ 🧩

Our core value of community means creating a space where people from all walks of life can come together and build relationships with one another. Over the years I’ve seen our customers meet and become friends at the shop, our employees become friends (and one Pilgrim marriage and family!), and I have personally had the opportunity to know neighbors I never would have met otherwise. In this often forgotten neighborhood in North Seattle, I am thankful for the community Pilgrim has created!

Hospitality is the decision to make room for the other: paying attention, anticipating their needs, and creating an environment where they can feel recognized, rather than simply attended to.

A coffee may look like just coffee, but behind a great cup is a process of selection, care, time, and consistency.

For me, quality is doing things right, even when no one is watching. Because it is precisely those small details often the ones that go unnoticed that reflect our character, our commitment, and the passion we put into what we do. — Eduar, Pilgrim Coffeehouse 2026

Come join us every second thursday of the month for game night at the shop! bring a friend ;)
