Project Help Program - Free WA Workers' Compensation Assistance

We provide claims assistance as well as free workshops to groups throughout Washington state.

*Project Help does not employ attorneys or offer representational services* Project HELP serves as a resource for injured workers, employers and other interested parties by providing them information and assistance regarding their entitlements under the wokers' compensation laws of Washington State, Title 51 RCW through claims and workshops. The program is a cooperative effort between Washington State Labor Council, AFL-CIO and State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. Project HELP assists with state fund and self-insured claims by providing help in any phase of the workers' compensation process; from initial filing of a claim to claim closure.
