We are so happy for our buyer, Meredith, who closed today on her “Little Yellow House” as we nicknamed it, a new-construction standalone townhouse in Ballard!

Working with Meredith has been such a joy. She’s the kind of client we’re genuinely going to miss seeing regularly because she’s so much fun to be around and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Her new home is bright, beautifully finished, and the perfect next chapter. We celebrated closing day with a glass of bubbles and plenty of excitement🎁🥂

One of our favorite memories from the process? Meredith showed up to her blue-tape walkthrough (a standard part of buying new construction) carrying an amazing handbag that perfectly matched the blue painter’s tape 🤣💙

Yesterday she got the keys to a beautiful Bellevue condo, and we couldn’t be happier for her and her gorgeous fur baby, Archie. 🐾

From day one, Kelsy approached the process with positivity, trust, and a great sense of humor. It was a joy getting to know her along the way, and one of those transactions that reminds us why we love what we do. We’re so excited to see her make this new place her own and are grateful to now call her a friend. ❤️

Our team was incredibly honored to sponsor this year’s Holy Names Academy CHEER Auction and spend the evening surrounded by other alumnae, families, and friends who care deeply about supporting future leaders at HNA.

Holy Names Academy played such a meaningful role in my life. It gave me lifelong friendships, incredible mentors, opportunities to grow in confidence and leadership, and a community that continues to support and inspire me well beyond graduation. It will always hold a very special place in my heart!🐾

I also loved sharing more about the community initiative I started to support the HNA Fund through our real estate work. For every HNA family that works with our team to buy or sell a home, we make a personal donation to the HNA Fund equal to 10% of our compensation.

And as an added bonus, it was such a treat to have my mom there (who originally encouraged me to go visit Holy Names back in eighth grade!!) alongside some of my fiancé’s family too 🩷
