Our favorite holiday is the 4th of July. Bill came up with this idea to make a cocktail menu representing distinct liquors and cocktails from different states. We are having so much fun with it. Belly on up to the bar and give one of them a try!

THE Circa Burger. 8oz Painted Hills ground chuck, Tillamook cheddar, Macrina brioche, lettuce, pickle, onion, tomato & mayo. Side of hand-cut twice-fried russets, house garlic aioli for dippin’ & pickle spear. Ingredients matter! For 28 years!

Every Monday we are serving up Bill’s New Orleans style red beans & rice with grilled andouille, dressed greens, jalapeño cornbread & smoked corn butter. It’s insane y’all! And every day and night we’ve got our double layer dark chocolate Guittard cake with chocolate ganache. 26 years!

3 Course Thursday lunch starts in less than an hour. Featuring Spot Prawns in Tabasco butter sauce!
