Bellevue! We’re introducing: Hibiscus Juice - 桂花洛神酸梅湯 🌺

A traditional herbal beverage with a sweet, floral, fruity, and tangy flavor. It is made from smoked sour plums, roselle (hibiscus), and osmanthus simmered together.

It is usually served chilled and is especially popular during hot weather for its cooling and thirst-quenching components ☀️

This rice dish is topped with a fried egg, dark meat chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, and our curry sauce that’s made from scratch!

🥜 Taiwanese Cold Noodles (台式涼麵）:
Our signature cold noodles featuring ham, eggs, carrots, cucumbers, and our housemade sesame sauce (Contains peanuts)
