The version of you who had hobbies, dreams, opinions, style, and things that lit you up didn’t disappear when you became a mom. She just got buried under the endless to do lists, snack requests, laundry piles, and the mental load of keeping everyone else afloat.

Motherhood has changed me in the best ways. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. But I’ve learned that loving my kids and finding myself again can exist at the same time.

Sometimes “finding yourself” isn’t about making huge life changes. Sometimes it’s getting dressed even when you’re staying home. Taking the workout class. Meeting a friend for coffee. Reading the book. Starting the project. Wearing the outfit. Taking up space again.

You are still in there. And she’s worth coming back to. 🤍
