Free Ecstatic Dance On The Rocks

Free Outdoor Ecstatic Dance is here for the summer.

Join us every Thursday from 5 PM until sunset at Posse Grounds Pavilion in West Sedona. Move with the music, connect with community, and enjoy the beauty of dancing outdoors.

This is a sober, all-ages space focused on movement as exercise, expression, and inner connection. Come to meditate, stretch, flow, dance, and simply be.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself and step into the rhythm.

Strengthen, tone, and stretch with Pilates with Bands and Balls at Sedona Dances Headquarters.

Join Danielle McNeal Strabala for a one-hour mat Pilates class designed to improve core strength, balance, flexibility, and functional movement using resistance bands and Pilates balls. All levels are welcome, and modifications are offered to meet you where you are.

Adult Ballet Class

Refine your technique, build strength, and reconnect with the foundations of movement. This intermediate-level class focuses on coordination, flexibility, balance, and mental focus through classical ballet training.

Ideal for dancers with some prior experience looking to return to the barre or deepen their practice in a supportive environment.

Join us Tuesday, August 4th for a special evening with guest DJ MAYVN as they bring an unforgettable sunset set to Ecstatic Dance on the Rocks.

Location: Yavapai Vista Point, Sedona
Dance begins at 6:00 PM and continues through sunset. The dance area is about a 10-minute walk from the trailhead.

This is a event. Come as you are, move how you feel, and experience , movement, and the beauty of Sedona's red rocks together.
