The Minnesota Racing Commission will be accepting comments on possible amendments to the rules governing horse racing in Minnesota. The comment period will be open from Monday, August 10, 2026, through Thursday, October 8, 2026. Please see the attached Request for Comments for information on how to submit rule change proposals.
