We Are Estate Litigation Lawyers. We specialize in contested estates and trusts. I have a passion for protecting the rights of heirs and beneficiaries.

Inheritance hijacking and theft is a rapidly growing problem. These days, it is much easier to steal millions with the stroke of a pen than with a weapon. I do not draft wills or trusts. I do not handle routine probate administrations. My focus is on contested estates, along with the disposition of non-probate assets. If you suspect that your beneficiary rights have been taken or you were denied assets promised to you, legal action should be taken. There is limited time in which to take legal action in these cases and if you fail to do so you could lose your opportunity to get the inheritance you were intended to receive. Fortunately, the law provides that executors and trustees owe a fiduciary duty, the highest duty under the law. Often all it takes is hiring an attorney to make an appearance to vindicate your rights. Other times, a full courthouse battle is required, With over twenty years of litigation experience, I understand when a fight is necessary and when compromise is best for all parties.
